Our grassroots programs focus on scouting, developing, and mentoring young talents from various communities across Cross River State. These programs are aimed at creating a solid foundation for the future of football by providing access to top-quality training, mentorship, and competitive play from an early age.

Youth Leagues: CRSFA organizes youth football leagues for different age categories, providing young players with regular opportunities to compete and improve their skills.

Football Academies: We partner with football academies to train young players, helping them grow technically and tactically. These academies provide a structured environment for learning and talent discovery.

Talent Identification Camps: CRSFA hosts annual talent discovery camps to scout and support promising young players who demonstrate exceptional football abilities.
